A word from the author on licensing
I am a developer, not a lawyer. My goal is to deliver working solutions and not to cause legal troubles to anyone. If for some reason your legal department is not allright with JAXB2 Basics license and it prohibits you to use JAXB2 Basics, contact me, we'll find a solution.
JAXB2 Basics license is the 3-clause BSD license which is compatible with GPL.
JAXB2 Basics license does not require you to include any acknowledgments for JAXB2 Basics in advertising materials for your software.
Nevertheless I would be grateful (and I thinks it's fair after all) if you include the following mentioning as a token of gratitude:
This product was built using JAXB2 Basics software developed by Aleksei Valikov, Highsource.
